Sharing Hands is a program specifically set up for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing members and friends of St. Matthew's. Worship and *other events at St. Matthew's are interpreted into ASL - American Sign Language. The Deaf participate in all aspects of the church and ministry, serving as Assisting Ministers and Lectors and teachers in other education programs. Sign language classes are offered at regular intervals for the hearing members of this community. All Deaf-related activities are either monitored or coordinated by Sharing Hands Task Force.
